Join Aurora Veterinary Pathology as a Laboratory Assistant and play a vital role in delivering high-quality veterinary diagnostic services to our valued clients. You’ll work in a busy, collaborative team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Specimen reception and accurate data entry.
· Preparing specimens for analysis and referral testing.
· Managing client queries and courier bookings
· Supporting efficient laboratory workflow and timely service delivery.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Certificate IV or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (or equivalent) and/or relevant laboratory experience.
· Exceptional data entry skills with demonstrated speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
· Solid organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
· Commitment to quality, teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service.
· Be available to work 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday as required, with occasional Saturday shifts
8:00 – 16:00.
