Stock Control | Pantry & Chiller Replenishment

Full-Time | Tuesday to Saturday | 6am–2:30pm

We’re looking for an experienced Stock Control & Replenishment Team Member to work alongside our Leaf Stock Controller, with primary responsibility for replenishing Pantry and Chiller goods across the store.

This is a hands-on role focused on keeping shelves full, fresh, well presented, and ready for customers. You will also support goods receiving, helping ensure incoming stock is checked, processed, and moved efficiently from delivery through to the shop floor.

About the Role

You will play a key role in maintaining strong stock flow, availability, freshness, and presentation across our Pantry and Chiller departments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the daily replenishment of Pantry and Chiller stock

- Prioritise replenishment to maintain product availability and presentation standards

- Ensure shelves are full, faced up, correctly ticketed, and ready for customers

- Lead stock rotation to maintain freshness, follow date-code procedures, and minimise waste

- Monitor product quality and remove damaged, unsuitable, or short-dated stock as required

- Work alongside the Leaf Stock Controller to maintain efficient stock flow from back-of-house to shelf

- Receive, unload, and assist with checking incoming stock deliveries

- Verify quantities, product condition, dates, temperatures, and packaging against delivery documentation

- Identify and report missing, damaged, incorrect, or short-dated stock

- Unpack, organise, and store goods safely and efficiently in back-of-house areas





- Maintain clean, organised, and safe receiving, storage, and shop-floor areas

- Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety requirements

This role involves regular stock movement and moderate lifting of up to 15kg.

What We’re Looking For

This role requires someone with proven stock control experience in a retail setting. You are organised, detail-focused, and take pride in keeping shelves well stocked and presented to a high standard.

You will have:

- Proven stock control or replenishment experience within a retail environment

- Experience replenishing stock in a busy store environment

- Confidence receiving and checking deliveries, including quantities, quality, dates, and documentation

- A strong understanding of stock rotation, freshness, and waste minimisation

- Experience maintaining high shop-floor presentation standards

- Supermarket, grocery, or food retail experience strongly preferred

- A practical understanding of food safety and protected stock-handling practices

- Ability to safely lift and move stock

- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills

- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 6am–2:30pm
