About the Position

A rare opportunity currently exists for a Maintenance Officer to join them in a North Brisbane to Sunshine Coast area servicing Service and Warranty new home builds. Career progression is also available to eventually progress to a Site Supervisor role! Responsibilities will include:

- Managing work orders across multiple new home build sites

- Attending client homes, assessing works and rectifying defects

- Coordinating with other trades to complete work to a high quality and standard

- Patching, painting, plastering,



carpentry and other maintenance work

- Updating CRM systems and applications and coordinating with office staff

What we're looking for

To be considered you must demonstrate the following:

- Carpentry trade background or similar preferred

- Strong residential housing experience

- Eye for detail and good diverse tradesman skills

- Professional and able to work with customers
