MARS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our client's residential aged care team in South Australia on permanent fulltime basis.

You'll provide safe, person-centred nursing care, supporting residents' health, dignity and independence. Working closely with the care team, residents and families, your responsibilities will include:

- Completing clinical assessments and developing and reviewing care plans.
- Administering medications and providing wound care.
- Monitoring residents' health and responding to clinical deterioration.
- Providing guidance and support to care staff.




- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to care handovers.
- Supporting quality improvement and compliance with aged care standards.

About you

To be considered, you'll bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous RN experience in aged care, ideally within a residential setting.
- Solid clinical assessment, communication and organisational skills.
- A compassionate approach and commitment to person-centred care.
- Willingness to relocate to South Australia.
- Availability to commence within four to six weeks.
