Design, construction and maintenance all happen in-house, so every project gets the same care from first sketch to final planting. That care has built us an outstanding reputation.

We're looking for an experienced, energetic Landscape Construction Manager to take charge of our construction operations and make your mark. Our processes are solid. What we're after is a leader with the drive to take our team, systems and culture to the next level.

What you'll be doing

- Leading, motivating and developing our site supervisors, leading hands, landscapers and subcontractors

- Running multiple projects from setout to handover, on time, on budget and beautifully finished

- Planning weeks ahead so crews, materials and equipment are always in the right place

- Getting hands-on with the tricky elements, initial setouts and big pushes when it counts

- Keeping clients excited and informed with regular site catch-ups and weekly updates

- Working closely with our design team to bring every vision to life

- Owning quality, safety and SWMS compliance on every site

- Managing variations, contracts,



permits and fortnightly budget reporting

What you'll bring

- 10+ years in the landscape industry with a proven management track record

- Strong residential landscape construction knowledge and a solid horticultural foundation

- A confident, inspiring leadership style that gets the best out of people

- Outstanding organisation and foresight, plus the ability to juggle multiple sites with ease

- Great communication skills with clients, builders and contractors

- A solid commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

- Comfort with job management software (Aroflo and Asana experience a big plus)

- Construction qualifications or a building licence are welcome, but experience counts most
