RC & Grade Control Drillers | D65 | FIFO 2/1

Ozijobs is recruiting experienced RC Grade Control Drillers for FIFO roles on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster.

We’re looking for capable drillers who know how to run a productive rig, deliver quality samples and keep their crew working safely.

The role

- Operate D65 drill rigs across a range of grade control drilling programs.
- Deliver accurate drilling and consistent samples, with strong attention to contamination control.
- Complete pre-starts, routine equipment checks and fault reporting.
- Guide offsiders and work with site teams to keep drilling running safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate drilling records and shift reports.

What you’ll bring
- Proven RC / Grade Control drilling experience.
- Hands-on D65 operating experience.
- Sound mechanical aptitude and pride in looking after your rig.




- The ability to lead by example and work well with your crew.
- A practical approach to safety, production and sample quality.
- Relevant drilling tickets, competencies and contactable work references.
- Current HR Driver’s Licence — mandatory minimum requirement.
- Previous mining experience.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively within a team.
- National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
