Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, in office role based in Braeside, VIC, focused on driving sales growth and expanding AODELI Australia’s presence in the construction and architectural markets.

The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with architects, builders, contractors and promoting AODELI’s aluminium panel solutions. Key responsibilities include client meetings and site visits, product presentations, preparing proposals and converting opportunities into sales.

You’ll work closely with engineering, operations and customer service to ensure projects are accurately specified and delivered to meet client requirements, while keeping across market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales,



or account management within construction, building materials, or related industries.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage architects, builders, contractors, and specifiers.
Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and compliance requirements in Australia
Proficiency in consultative selling, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and negotiation leading to successful contract closure.
Ability to prepare and deliver transparent presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
High level of organization, time management, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
Comfort with using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools) to track activities and report
