Key responsibilities
Work independently or alongside an offsider on landscaping jobs from set out through to handover
Read landscape plans and work to design specifications
Organise your day and manage materials on site
Carry out soft and hard landscaping work
Perform planting work including set out, soil prep and plant health management
Execute hardscape work across paving, retaining walls, edging and drainage
Guide an offsider when needed
Ensure quality standards are maintained
About you
Solid, proven experience in both soft and hard landscaping
Solid planting knowledge, including set out, soil prep and plant health
Hardscape skills across paving,
retaining walls, edging, drainage and similar
Confident working unsupervised and guiding an offsider when needed
Able to read landscape plans and work to a design
Current driver's licence
