We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Leading Hand Carpenter to join our framing crew. The successful applicant will lead and work alongside a team on timber framing projects, particularly roof construction.
Key responsibilities
Set out and build roofs with confidence
Lead and work alongside a team
Maintain high standard of quality across jobs
Read and interpret building plans
Manage timber framing and roof construction projects
About you
Extensive experience in timber framing and roof construction
Solid leadership skills
Strong attention to detail
High standard of workmanship
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
Ability to read and interpret building plans
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
