The Role:
For this entry level position in our Customer Connect Team you will need great computer skills, a can-do attitude and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. Based in our Burleigh Heads Office you will be first point of contact ready to handle calls from a diverse customer base regarding their insurance claims (call centre style).

Hours Available:
This is a full-time position working eight-hour shifts. Shift times may vary each week and will fall between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, so flexibility across these hours is required.

About You:
Drive, energy and a can-do attitude
Robust customers service background
Have experience in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and looking for a career
Confident and qualified phone manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and achieve goals
Solid computer literacy in MS Office and databases.
Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond for our customers
Background in a call centre or office environment advantageous, however not essential
