Who you’ll work for

A family-owned Tier 2 builder approaching 55 years in business. Their focus is $100M to $150M commercial projects across aged care, police and emergency services facilities, schools, Defence and industrial. Many of their people have been with them for well over a decade, and they want you to be next.

The project

A $140M independent living aged care development in Brighton, currently in early contractor involvement (ECI). Construction starts in early 2027 and runs for about 18 months.

How the role works
Pre-construction:



Start in the northside Brisbane corporate office, setting up the head contract, subcontract procurement and commercial framework through ECI.
Construction: Move to site full time with the entire delivery team and own the commercial side of the job day to day.
Close-out and beyond: As the project winds up, return to the northside office to finalise accounts, then roll onto the next project in the pipeline.

What you’ll bring
Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator on commercial building projects, ideally $100M to $150M
Background in aged care, education, Defence, government or industrial construction
Robust working knowledge of Jobpac and Aconex
Command of head contract and subcontract administration from ECI to final account, including variations, progress claims and cost reporting
A track record of long tenure with your employers
