We are seeking a capable and motivated solicitor to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who has developed practical experience in one or more areas of law and is looking for greater independence, varied legal work and the chance to further develop their skills.

You will be involved in a broad range of legal matters, particularly:
Family law
Migration law
Civil and commercial litigation
Court appearances and advocacy
Other general practice matters

The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of two years' post-admission experience in an Australian legal practice




A current Australian practising certificate
Demonstrated practical experience in family law, migration or litigation
The ability to manage client files independently, with appropriate supervision and support
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Robust legal drafting, research and problem-solving skills
Confidence in dealing directly with clients
A willingness to appear in court when required
Excellent organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail
A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a small team
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin would be an advantage but not essential.
