The Job

Reporting to the National Credit Manager the Credit Officer will responsible for managing the customer ledger and work closely with the internal department teams (Sales, Warehouse and Customer Service Teams).
This role plays an important part in providing a high level of customer service in relation to customer account and payment enquiries as well as maintaining a healthy cash flow.
Key responsibilities include :
Manage a portfolio of accounts.
Collect outstanding debts, allocate payments and reconcile bank payments.
Work with internal stakeholders and provide solutions to resolve accounts.




Contact and update customer profile information.
Ad-hoc responsibilities as directed by the Credit Manager.
