In this role, you'll lead a regional sales function,



setting commercial priorities, developing customer relationships and ensuring the team delivers against business objectives. You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on involvement in major accounts, business development and sales performance.

The Role
Lead and develop a regional sales team, setting objectives and driving performance.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build relationships with major customers and key industry stakeholders.
Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, account planning and commercial performance.

The Person
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership or regional management position.
Background selling complex technical products or services within a B2B environment.
Experience leading, coaching and developing sales professionals.
Robust commercial judgement with the ability to manage strategic accounts and long sales cycles.
