The Opportunity

REP Recruitment is partnering with an established Owners Corporation management business seeking a proactive and personable Administration & Strata Support professional to join their expanding team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be an significant point of contact for clients and provide essential administrative support to the wider team.

Whether you're experienced in property administration or looking to bring your transferable skills into the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing incoming calls, enquiries and general correspondence
Providing reception and customer service support




Preparing Owners Corporation certificates
Coordinating keys, access devices and registers
Maintaining accurate records and data entry
Assisting strata managers with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For
Experience in administration, reception or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
A positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn
Confidence using computer systems
