• Working as part of a small team of professionals Skills & Experience
• Cert III Commercial Cookery
• Minimum 2yrs experience in a restaurant
• Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent communicator.
• Flexibility to work around a varying roster
• Willingness to learn different sections & cuisines.
• Has a high level of personal morale and appearance.
