The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be incredibly thorough with bookings and communication, professionally mannered and well groomed. The ideal candidate will preferably have had experience in a cosmetic or medical clinic, or have experience working as a receptionist in a similar field, although this is not essential. A knowledge and interest in the industry is advantageous. Skills & Experience

To be successful, you must have the following: At least 5 years in a retail or customer service/admin role Excellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations Cheerful, warm and welcoming A professional,



welcoming character and presentation High attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability Ability to build ongoing rapport with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Calmness under pressure and a helpful, supportive nature towards staff and clients Be driven and have a positive attitude Medical practice software and Medicare experience preferred but not essential Willingness to continue learning, partake in training and grow with our company On Offer
