About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for safety and security on site. You will provide a professional security presence while supporting clients, staff and visitors. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of people, property and assets Providing a skilled and approachable security presence Responding to incidents, alarms,



emergencies and requests for assistance Identifying potential risks and taking appropriate action Following site procedures, security protocols and safety requirements Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records About You

To be successful in this role, you will have: A valid Security Licence Current First Aid and CPR certification Proven security experience (1+ year), ideally within a shopping centre or retail environment Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekdays and weekends Robust communication and customer service skills The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures A reliable and punctual work history Full Australian working rights Why Join Us?
