Rumba Beach Resort is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Barista / Bar Attendant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident working

behind the bar making quality coffees,

and who enjoys providing friendly, skilled service to our guests. Key responsibilities

Preparing and serving quality coffee, tea and other beverages Serving guests at our resort bar Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming bar/café area Assisting with general hospitality duties as required About you

Previous

barista and/or bar/hospitality experience – essential Barista skills and experience making coffee A current Queensland RSA certificate – essential Excellent customer service and communication skills A friendly, positive and reliable attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Availability to work weekends and evenings About us
