Korcelta is a WA SMP contractor run by people who've come up through the tools. With more than 100 tradespeople on hire across WA, we have immediate starts for riggers on mining, oil & gas and processing plant projects.

What you'll be doing

Rigging, slinging and directing loads for structural steel, mechanical equipment and piping installation

Inspecting rigging gear and securing loads to approved lift plans

Working with crane crews and SMP trades to carry out lifts safely

Shutdown and fixed plant installation work

Roles are matched to your ticket level: Basic, Intermediate or Advanced

Where and how

FIFO (ex Perth) and local Perth / Kwinana work

Shutdowns, short-term assignments and long-term projects

12-hour shifts, day and night shift available

Casual engagement — duration depends on the project

What you'll need

HRWL Dogging and Basic Rigging (RB) minimum

At least 1 year of rigging experience (mining, construction, oil & gas or process plant)

Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry (nationally accredited, within 2 years)

Gas Test Atmospheres and Basic Fire

EWP ticket (HRWL WP preferred)

White Card

Perth-based, with full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence

Able to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing

Valuable to have

HRWL Intermediate (RI) or Advanced (RA) Rigging

Shutdown or fixed plant experience

Current National Police Clearance (within 12 months)

Existing site inductions

Current medical and D&A; — you'll be rapid-tracked
