Leading building automation contractor delivering some of Australia's largest and most technically complex data centre projects. Position

Reporting into the Commissioning Manager, this role will be responsible for commissioning, testing and validating BMS and mechanical systems across major data centre projects throughout Sydney. Responsibilities

BMS commissioning and functional testing Point-to-point checks I/O testing and validation Fault finding and troubleshooting Integrated systems testing Mechanical plant commissioning support Review of commissioning documentation and test scripts Client, contractor and stakeholder liaison Defect identification and close-out Site reporting and documentation You

To be successful, you will have previous experience commissioning BMS, HVAC controls or building services systems within commercial, critical infrastructure or data centre environments. Ideal Experience





BMS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Schneider, Siemens or Honeywell Chilled water, CRAH and CRAC systems Commissioning processes and documentation Reading electrical and controls drawings Working on live or mission-critical facilities Coordinating with mechanical and electrical contractors Data centre experience would be highly regarded; however, candidates from robust commercial BMS commissioning backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
