The key responsibilities of this role are: Scheduling and conducting routine inspections as well as ingoing inspections Liaising with tenants to schedule routine inspections Working with the Leasing Officer and Property Managers to ensure properties are ready for tenants to move into Drivers Licence and a Certificate of Registration a must.
