An easily managed, well presented 21-room Motel near Brisbane City requires an experienced and qualified
Single Manager
or
Management couple
for an
ongoing relief period, 1 week every 3 weeks . All linen is outsourced. Excellent housekeeping team in place – who do all the stripping & cleaning. Reception hours are 7:30am to 6pm daily. Part time handyman in place for all maintenance activities. No Pool. No Gardening. No Food – Breakfast Packs & Pre-Made meals are available for purchase from reception.
Guestpoint FOS
– must have experience.
No in office accommodation & thus no requirement to stay overnight on working days. $315 per day .
