Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our members and guests Ensuring all food service operations are effective, cost-effective and meet health and safety standards Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen environment Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests Assisting with food and beverage service as needed What we're looking for





Relevant culinary qualifications and experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar hospitality setting Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating solid individual initiative Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding member/guest expectations Flexible and adaptable to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations What we offer
