About the Role

As Senior Risk and Compliance Uplift Advisor you will:
Work with theGM Risk and Compliance to strengthen assurance practices
Shape and embed frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency
Engage with stakeholders to identify key risks and controls
Build capability within the risk and compliance team
Influence and guide senior leaders

Initial contract of six months with a strong likelihood of extension.

About You

You bring:
7+ years’ experience in risk, compliance or assurance roles
Robust capability in implementing assurance methodologies and frameworks




Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide constructive challenge
Relevant qualifications (CRMA or similar highly regarded)
Experience uplifting both processes and people within complex or regulated environments
