Customer Service Officer –Casual Position Looking for versatile work with a supportive team, great hourly rates, and a roster you can rely on?

Central Monitoring Services is a family-owned and operated business and a recognised leader in the security monitoring industry. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Officers to join our 24-hour Monitoring Centre.

About You To be successful in this role, you will:

Have reliable transport

Be dependable, organised, and able to remain calm under pressure

Licensing Requirements Applicants must be eligible to obtain a 1E Security Licence, which requires:

Being over 18 years of age

Having no criminal record

Being a permanent resident of Australia
