We are seeking an enthusiastic & reliable

maintenance fitter for immediate start. This is a full time position working a day shift roster. We expect some flexibility with this. Duties and responsibilities

Providing

technical support

to the production team Performing

hands-on maintenance,

fault finding, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment Coordinating and assisting with breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise production output Planning

preventative and corrective maintenance activities Analysing

maintenance data to identify trends and improvement prospects Working closely

with production teams to optimise equipment performance and reliability Ensuring all maintenance work is completed

safely and in compliance





with company procedures and legislative requirements Managing

on call external maintenance contractors Essential requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience

in Maintenance or similar role within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment Trade qualification (cert 111) in Mechanical Fitting

or a related discipline Excellent

fault-finding

and problem-solving skills Solid hands -on maintenance experience with pumps, conveyers, bearings/ MIG welding, hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to

read and interpret

technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Strong

organisational and planning skills Experience managing

maintenance schedules, resources,

and continuous improvement initiatives Commitment to

safety, quality,

and operational excellence All applicants must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to do a pre-employment drug & alcohol testing if required.
