Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive, welcoming attitude Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced hospitality workplace Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices and commitment to compliance Solid teamwork and collaboration abilities Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training provided if necessary) Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays Prior bar or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential—we're happy to train the right person A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification or willingness to obtain one
