Retail Assistants Wanted - uni students on break welcome to apply Ready for something more than standard retail?

If you're great with people but tired of the same store, the same shifts and the same ceiling, this could be your next move.

We're growing our Events & Promotions team and looking for confident, people-focused individuals to represent nationally recognised brands at live events, pop-up kiosks, shopping centres and specialty events.

This is a customer-facing sales role, and no sales experience is needed. Many of our best people came from hospitality, retail and customer service. We provide full paid training and daily coaching, so you'll never be left to figure it out on your own.

Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses + super

Consistent, ongoing work, with a casual role and consistently high hours available

Full paid training, daily coaching and ongoing mentoring

Transparent pathways into leadership and management roles

A variety of locations and event environments, with no fixed store

Travel opportunities across Australia, with recent trips to Perth, Adelaide, Cairns, Mackay and Dalby

A fun,

social and supportive team culture

Experience with a nationally award-winning company

Who this suits You'll probably fit right in if you have a background in retail, customer service, hospitality, promotions or events, and you:

Love talking to current people every day

Are confident, motivated and well presented

Enjoy fast-paced, high-energy environments

Want to build real sales, communication and leadership skills

Are after long-term growth, not just another job

What you’ll actually be doing You'll engage with customers face-to-face at events and retail activations, represent well-known brands with energy and professionalism, share product information, and create excellent customer experiences, all as part of a supportive, high-energy team.

We work with commercial, sporting and charity clients, helping them reach new customers and build brand exposure through pop-up kiosk activations. Put simply, we get paid to be social and great with people.
