A brand new waterfront venue is opening on Port Stephens this summer. Think coffee and breakfast, a relaxed Mediterranean bar, sunset functions and days on the water. Nothing like it exists in the region yet.

This is your chance to build it from day one. You'll work alongside the founder to launch the venue, shape the functions offer and put it together the way you think it should be done. Your mark will be on everything.

What you'll do
Keep our fit-out and trades moving
Design, sell and deliver weddings, parties and corporate functions
Create and post our social content, and be the face of the venue
Help hire, roster and lead a outstanding team

Who you are

You haven't done this exact job before, and that's fine. You're ready to step up, you love the hustle of starting something current, and you know it takes long days and rolled-up sleeves to get a business moving.

You bring
A real love of social media and making content
A current RSA and NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate




Some hospitality floor experience
Drive, organisation and a can-do attitude
Right to work in Australia, availability for evenings and weekends, and a driver's licence

Part time to start, 20 to 30 hours a week, with real room to grow. $32 to $35 an hour plus super, plus a bonus on the functions you sell. We'll fund your Licensee Training.
