Expressions of Interest - Office Administration Are you an experienced Receptionist, Administrator or Office Support professional looking for your next temporary opportunity? Drake International is currently looking to connect with reliable and professional administration candidates for a range of short-term and temporary assignments in Bendigo.

What You May Be Doing Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

Front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors

Answering and directing incoming calls

Managing general email and office enquiries

Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments

Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers

Data entry and document management

Supporting the wider office and management team with ad hoc tasks

About You We'd love to hear from candidates who have:

Previous reception, administration or office support experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

A skilled and friendly approach

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence using Microsoft Office

The ability to quickly adapt to current teams and working environments





Reliability and a willingness to undertake short-term assignments

Experience within corporate, professional services or customer-facing environments would be highly regarded.
