We're looking for a friendly, organised and capable person to join our busy allied health practice at

Fundamental Health .

If you have solid administration and customer-service skills, enjoy working with people and can confidently manage a busy reception environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous experience in a medical or allied health setting is welcome, but not essential.

This is an immersive hands-on role where you'll get to know our patients, work closely with our practitioners and play an important part in keeping our practice running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming patients and managing reception

Responding to phone and email enquiries

Coordinating appointment bookings and managing practitioner schedules

Managing referrals and patient correspondence

Liaising with doctors, specialists and other health providers

Processing patient payments and assisting with account reconciliation

Maintaining accurate patient records and administration

Supporting our clinical team with day-to-day practice operations





About you

Friendly, skilled and confident in a patient-facing role

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

Able to prioritise tasks and multitask in a busy environment

Calm, patient and solutions-focused when handling challenging situations

Comfortable learning current systems and processes

Reliable, proactive and able to commit to regular weekly hours

A strong communicator with excellent administration and customer-service skills

A team player who is happy to pitch in wherever needed

Previous medical reception or administration experience will be highly regarded, although training in our systems and processes will be provided

The role Full time role with regular hours across Monday to Friday

$30-$40 hourly rate depending on experience, with superannuation in addition

In person position at our friendly practice in Kambah, ACT
