Replace in-ceiling electric hot water with heat pump – Brighton 3186

Looking for a licensed plumber to supply and install a heat pump hot water system (approx. 270L) at a unit in Brighton. Please quote with STC and VEEC discounts applied, and say whether you can process the Solar Victoria rebate. Include the brand and model you’re quoting.
Decommission the existing in-ceiling electric storage HWS; cap off pipes (old tank can stay in the ceiling)
Install a new heat pump HWS in a recent outdoor location, on a concrete pad if needed
Connect hot and cold water, with all valves, pipe and fittings. Cold / hot pipeworks is about 5 meters from the recent install location
Run the PTRV and condensate drain to the nearest suitable drainage
