Intralot is seeking a Field Service Technician to join Bally's Intralot in Montana.
You will serve as the second level of escalation for Tier 1 issues, troubleshooting complex hardware and software problems on VLTs, COAMs, and cash devices, while coordinating with field teams and vendors.
You will guide Tier 1 agents in real time, document incident trends, and contribute to process improvements.
You will maintain logs in our ticketing system and participate in onboarding, ensuring timely
