We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Roll Maker to join our team and help us deliver high-quality food and memorable dining experiences for our customers.

About the Role

As a Roll Maker, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensuring the quality, consistency and presentation of all dishes meet restaurant standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the sushi preparation area.
Preparing ingredients and ensuring your workstation is organised and well-stocked.
Working efficiently as part of a team in a quick-paced kitchen workplace.
