FOOD MANUFACTURING WORKER - BAKING, PASTRY & DESSERTS (COBURG NORTH)

Guerilla Foods is a growing Melbourne food manufacturer producing loaded cookies (Butter Mumma), cakes, desserts and sauces for retail and wholesale customers. We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Food Production Worker with experience in baking, pastry or dessert manufacturing to join our team at our Coburg North production facility.

About the role
Preparing, mixing, baking and finishing cookies, cakes and dessert products to our recipes and quality standards
Portioning, decorating, packing and labelling finished products
Following production schedules and batch records
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards and keeping work areas clean
Assisting with stock rotation, receiving deliveries and general kitchen/warehouse duties

About you
Experience in commercial baking, pastry, dessert production or a food manufacturing setting (bakery, patisserie or factory)




Able to follow recipes accurately and work to production targets
Physically fit - comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 kg
Strong attention to detail, hygiene and food safety
Reliable, punctual and a positive team player
Food Safety / Food Handling certificate preferred (training provided if needed)
Must have full Australian work rights
