Salary: Senior Executive Level

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership to support the College's vision, mission and strategic priorities.
Support the Principal in the overall leadership, management and effective operation of the College.
Lead, inspire and support teaching and learning practices that promote high-quality educational outcomes for all students.
Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment that reflects the College's Christian values and Lutheran ethos.
Provide leadership and oversight of student wellbeing,



behaviour management and pastoral care initiatives.

About You:
Demonstrated experience in a senior educational leadership role, such as Assistant Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, preferably within a Lutheran or other Christian educational setting, or equivalent leadership experience
A demonstrated commitment to student wellbeing, pastoral care and the holistic development of young people.
Highly developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and lead others.
The ability to build positive and productive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider College community.

Eligibility and Safeguarding:
Eligibility to work in Australia
Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
Applicants must be of the Lutheran faith or demonstrate a Christian faith background, with an understanding of and commitment to Christian values
