We are seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist for a temporary role based in Somersby, NSW.

This position is initially for 2–4 weeks to provide cover and assist the team with a backlog of work. There may be an prospect for an ongoing position for the right candidate.

Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:
Reception and front-of-office duties
Data entry and administrative support
Answering and directing incoming calls
Making outbound calls as required
Assisting the team with general administration tasks
Supporting workflow and helping the team catch up on outstanding work

Requirements:
Previous receptionist
Strong communication and customer service skills
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Valuable computer skills and ability to multitask
Reliable, skilled, and able to start ASAP
