Chronic Care Australia is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our Perth-based team. You will triage current clients and manage care through our value-based oncology model, collaborating with physiotherapists and oncologists to ensure optimal treatment at every stage of cancer care.
You will design personalised exercise programs for prehabilitation, active treatment, recovery and survivorship, while managing a caseload across clinic and telehealth.
