Fourth, in partnership with HotSchedules, seeks a Senior Technical Service Delivery Engineer to strengthen product reliability and supportability. You will resolve complex escalations, own key product areas, and drive lasting improvements across engineering, support and SaaS operations.

You will build runbooks, automate repetitive tasks, train Tier I/II teams, and contribute to release readiness and OAT. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on reducing repeat escalations and
