Fritz Pasta is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team in Toowoomba.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking pasta dishes, sauces and other menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to established recipes and quality standards.
Organise daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Monitor stock levels, minimise food waste and maintain portion control.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Assist with training and supervising kitchen staff.
Ensure consistent food quality and effective service.

Requirements
Relevant commercial cooking experience.
Appropriate culinary qualifications or equivalent skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive organisation and communication skills.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
