Stellarossa Everton Park is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, enjoys providing excellent customer service and can work confidently in a busy café workplace.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in coffee making and barista work.
Minimum 2 years of front-of-house (FOH) experience in a café or hospitality environment.
Confident in preparing high-quality coffee and maintaining consistency during busy periods.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with taking orders, operating the POS system, serving customers and maintaining a clean café.




Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
Versatile availability, including weekends, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quality coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
Deliver friendly and effective customer service.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Assist with daily café operations and maintain cleanliness.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.51 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
