Prepare and maintain the worksite for asphalt projects, including grading and compaction.
Operate various asphalt-related tools and equipment.
Ensure that asphalt projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Asphalt Worker.
Knowledge of asphalt materials, techniques,



and equipment.
Ability to operate asphalt paving machinery.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Safety-conscious attitude.

Job Types: Casual, Subcontract, Permanent, Part time, Full-time

Pay: $58,551.33 – $152,617.79 per year
