South Cali Cantina in Albury, NSW seeks an experienced Chef for a permanent, full time role. You will develop seasonal menus, monitor meal design, ensure timely kitchen operations, and support junior staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of chef experience, holds a Diploma in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), and is versed in OH&S;, food handling, and RSA certificates. Salary range: AUD 75,000–85,000 per year.
