Smart Realty is seeking a reliable and agile Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-orientated, organised, and enjoys working independently while maintaining high standards in property management.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Property Condition Reports (PCRs) for both entry and exit inspections
Carry out routine property inspections
Accurately document property condition with notes and photographs
Prepare transparent and detailed inspection reports
Communicate professionally with property managers and tenants when required

What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections




Good written and verbal communication skills
A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Previous experience in property management or inspections is preferred but not essential
