City FM Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our quick-paced team supporting Coles.
This full-time, 6-month fixed-term role operates Monday–Friday between 7am and 7pm on a rotating roster, with on-site parking.
The ideal candidate will have 12 months helpdesk/call centre experience, exceptional customer service, strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
On-site paid training is provided, and City FM values development and teamwork.
