Hotel Railway is a vibrant neighbourhood pub located just minutes from Brunswick Station, serving contemporary pub classics with Mediterranean-inspired flavours.
We are currently looking:
Kitchen Hand (level 1)
Our service hours are:
Tues to Thursday, 4pm to 9pm.
Friday to Sunday, 12pm to 10pm.
Some Mondays (Public Holiday)
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar kitchen environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service
Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
