You will lead a twelve-robust sales team, manage distributor and strategic accounts, and drive budgets, forecasting and product launches to grow revenue and profitability.

You will apply deep knowledge of Australian cropping systems, negotiate with major customers, and collaborate across marketing, technical, regulatory and supply chain functions.
