Experienced Sou Chef/Head Chef | Immediate Start

No Nights | Early Start with Early Finish | Day Time Only

We are seeking a chef with a minimum of 5 years' hospitality experience, including breakfast and lunch service, functions and catering.

The kitchen uses modern Mediterranean flavours to deliver an exciting menu. We are looking for the perfect person to take over the kitchen operations to reach new and exciting heights.

About the Role
Prepare and cook from our established breakfast and lunch menu.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and kitchen hygiene.
Work efficiently and confidently without supervision.
Staff supervision and training required with a focus on building team morale.
Stock control, ordering managing food wastage
Must work weekends,



with two consecutive days off during the week.

About You
Full working rights
Minimum 5 years' qualified chef experience.
Mediterranean cuisine experience (an advantage).
Excellent time management and kitchen organisation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly, positive attitude and solid communication skills.
Creativity in menu and specials, not just the item writing but presentation too.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
