Senior Associate | Family Law | Melbourne

Our client is a growing, community-focused Melbourne law firm practising across family law, wills and estates, commercial, litigation and property. They are looking for a Senior Associate to run a family law practice and lead a small team of junior lawyers. Full time, with hybrid working.

The role
Run a wide-ranging family law caseload from first advice through to negotiation, settlement and litigation
Appear in court and brief counsel where needed
Draft court documents, agreements and correspondence
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers




Contribute to business development

Requirements
Minimum 3 years PAE with a robust family law focus
Current Victorian practising certificate
Experience running family law matters end to end, including court appearances
Experience supervising junior lawyers, or ready to step into that
Full working rights in Australia
